2019 Domaine de Boéde 'Les Grés' - La Clape

Nach zwei Jahren Pause ist es uns wieder gelungen ein kleines Kontingent von diesem Wein zu bekommen.  Der letzte Jahrgang den wir bekommen konnten hatte uns so imponiert, dass wir diesen Wein sofort  'Blind' bestellt haben als er verfügbar wurde .  Deswegen müssen wir uns auf die Beschreibung vom Wine Advocate verlassen: "Located next to Château de la Negly and made by the same team, the Domaine de Boède's 2018 La Clape les Gres is a blend of Syrah and Grenache, with the Syrah aged in 300-liter barrels (20% new) and the Grenache aged in foudres. It's a deep, vibrant purple in color, with scents of licorice, baking spices and ripe blackberries on the nose. In the mouth, it's broad and expansive, perhaps a touch warm (it's labeled at 15% alcohol), with hints of dark chocolate and cracked pepper on the silky-textured finish. Given the fruit-forward, ripe style, I'd opt to drink it in its youth."
